Stephen William Sheldon, 54, died Tuesday at Wayne Memorial Hospital. He was born in Springfield, Mass., to the late William and Althea Jahn Sheldon and worked with Dick Smith Equipment Company.
Funeral services will be Friday at 7 p.m. at Seymour Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Tom Harper officiating. Interment will be Saturday at 11 a.m. at Willow Dale Cemetery.
He is survived by his brothers and sisters, Martha Sheldon, Jonathan Sheldon and wife, Barbara, Miriam S. Sumann and husband, Wolfgang, all of Goldsboro, Ronald Sheldon and wife, Lori, of Ashuelot, N.H.; nieces and nephews, Rebecca, Melissa, and David Sheldon and Gracelyn Sumann, all of Goldsboro and William, Frances and Elizabeth Sheldon, all of Ashuelot, N.H.
Family will receive friends Friday following the service at Seymour Funeral Home and other times at the home of Jonathan and Barbara Sheldon, 1809 Salem Church Road, Goldsboro.
