FAYE N. WADE
Died Feb. 20, 2007
CLINTON -- Faye Newsome Wade, 65, 94 Shipp Road, died Tuesday at her home.
Funeral services will be Friday at 4 p.m. at Royal-Hall Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Bill West, the Rev. Vernon Braswell and the Rev. Danny Wilemon. Burial will follow in the Clinton Cemetery.
Born in 1941 in Wayne County, she was the daughter of the late Woodrow Newsome, a member of Mount Vernon Missionary Baptist Church and a homemaker.
She is survived by her husband, the Rev. Osborne V. Wade; daughter, Shannon W. Morgan of Clinton; three sons, Timothy R. and Gregory L. Wade, both of Clinton and Vance T. Wade of Benson; mother, Hazel C. Newsome of Lagrange; two sisters, Jean N. Wood and Thelma Marie Evans, both of Lagrange; brother, Lenwood Earl Newsome of Goldsboro; two half sisters, Victoria Underwood of Goldsboro and Kimberly Lancaster of Shallotte; two half brothers, Jack and Chris Newsome, both of Goldsboro; seven grandchildren and one great-granddaughter.
The family will receive friends tonight from 7 to 9 p.m. at Royal-Hall Funeral Home and other times at her home.
