SEVEN SPRINGS -- Margaret Marie Adams Davenport, 82, 306 Adams Road, died Wednesday at Wayne Memorial Hospital.
She was the daughter of the late McDonald and Mary Kornegay Adams and was the widow of Willie Western "Tom" Davenport. She also was sister of the late James "Sonna" Adams, Wesley "Buster" Adams, and Braxton Adams. She was a member of Grant's Chapel Free Will Baptist Church.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home chapel with the Rev. Mickey Whitfield officiating. Burial will follow in Pineview Cemetery.
She is survived by a son, Tommy Kip Davenport; three grandchildren, Danielle Denise Davenport, Linda Marie Davenport, and William Kip Davenport, all of the home.
The family will receive friends tonight from 7 to 9 p.m. at Tyndall Funeral Home and other times at the home.
