DORIS M. MCCORMICK

Doris M. Bird McCormick, 95, of Haverhill, Mass., formerly of Goldsboro, died Friday morning at Penacook Place in Haverhill. She was the wife of the late David McCormick Sr.
Born in Amherst, Nova Scotia, Canada, she was the daughter of the late George Bird and Mabel Shipley Bird. Mrs. McCormick was employed by Baldpate Inc. in Georgetown, Mass., for many years prior to her retirement.
She was a member of First Presbyterian Church of Haverhill.
Her survivors include her children, William Sullivan and his wife, Shirley, and Ruth Sullivan Smith and her husband, Robert, all of Goldsboro, Constance McCormick Fregeau and husband, Thomas, of St. Pauls, David McCormick Jr. and wife, Jackie, and James "Grady" McCormick and wife, Teresa, all of Haverhill; 11 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchldren; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by five brothers, Elmer, Eddie, Arnold, Leonard and Paul Bird.
Funeral will be 11 a.m. Wednesday at the First Presbyterian Church, 346 Broadway, Haverhill, with the Rev. Eric Markman officiating.
Arrangements are by Paul C. Rogers & Sons Family Funeral Home, 334 Main St., Haverhill.
