Raymond E. Smith Sr., 70, 403 Hamilton Drive, died Tuesday at Wayne Memorial Hospital.
He was a native of Wayne County, National President of the Dillard Goldsboro Alumni Association, 1955 Graduate of Dillard High School, member of Goldsboro Chapel FWB Church, served in the U.S. Marine Corps and was a retired Civil Service Employee from Seymour Johnson AFB.

The family will receive friends at the residence, 403 Hamilton Drive.
