Funeral services for Ret. T/SGt. Floyd "Bud" Hobbs, 81, 606 Longleaf Ave., who died Monday at Wayne Memorial Hospital will be Friday at 1 p.m. at Goldsboro Chapel FWB Church with Elder James E. Collins officiating. Interment will be at Wayne Memorial Park North, Grantham, with full military honors. He was born in Sampson County to the late Ashley and Alberta Hamilton Hobbs.
He is survived by his wife, Annie Hobbs, of the home; two daughters Brenda Joyce Hobbs of Goldsboro and Janice Marie Hobbs of Concord; two sons, Phillip Eugene Hobbs of Severn, Md., Ermon Floyd Hobbs of Vine Grove, Ky.; three grandchildren.
