Harrison-Taylor
PRINCETON — Jessica Lynn Taylor and Timothy Edward Harrison exchanged vows in a double-ring ceremony June 19 at 3 p.m. at Whitley Church, with Andy Stovall officiating.
The bride is the daughter of Mark Alan and Anne Marie Kuhns of Goldsboro and the granddaughter of Bernie and Patricia Louise Plues of Pittsburgh, Pa., and Peter Lynn and Ruth Anne Sherrick of Lake Orion, Mich.
The groom is the son of Jeffrey Gene and Sue Carolyn Harrison of Pikeville and the grandson of Monte L. and Nancy E. Harrison of Winneconne, Wisc., and Herbert R. and Dorothy M. Sieger of Pikeville.
The bride was escorted and given in marriage by Mark Kuhns and Skip Taylor.
She wore a floor-length ivory pickup-style gown with champagne-colored ribbon around the waist. The dress had crystal beading from the waist up and stitched throughout the dress. It was strapless with a sweetheart scalloped neckline and a medium-length train.
Her headpiece was made of diamonds and pearls.
The bride carried roses, alstromeria and lisianthus in shades of purples.
Karen McKnight was the matron of honor.
Bridesmaids were Sandra Taylor, Debra Taylor, Victoria Swineheart and Stephanie Peek.
Jason Steed was the best man.
Groomsmen were Daniel McKnight, Eric Eckenrod, Jeff Mullens and Mike Stevens.
Rebecca Kuhns was flower girl.
Following the ceremony, a reception was held.
After their wedding trip to McGaheysville, Va., the couple will reside in Goldsboro.
A rehearsal cookout was held at the home of the groom’s parents.
