Wilkins - Foster
BEAUFORT — Patricia Leigh Foster of Charlotte and Jarris Eilliott Wilkins of Charlotte exchanged vows in a double-ring ceremony April 18 at 4 p.m. at Ann Street Methodist Church, with the Rev. Eric Lindblade officiating.
The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. William Andrew Foster II of Bloomfield, Mich., and the granddaughter of William Avis and Betsy Feline Foster of Madison Heights, Mich., and the late Dr. and Mrs. Leon Raymond of Portage Kalamazoo, Mich.
She is a graduate of Michigan State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in supply chain management. She is employed as a marketing manager at Ingersoll Rand.
The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. John William Wilkins II of Apex and the grandson of Betty H. Wilkins, the late William S. Wilkins Sr. and the late Mr. and Mrs. O. Elliott Wilson of Mount Olive.
He graduated from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a Bachelor of Science degree in industrial operations management and a minor in MIS. He is employed as a business intelligence analyst for Swisher Hygiene.
The bride was escorted by her father and given in marriage by her parents.
Anne Morgan was maid of honor.
Bridesmaids were Florence Marie Wilkins, sister of the groom, Jaclyn Rebecca Jarnicki, Lindsay Reed Thompson, Megan Maxwell Naglik and Amy Nicols.
John William Wilkins III was best man.
Groomsmen were William Andrew Foster III, brother of the groom, Vamsi K. Manne, Brandon Sos, Jamin Larry Watson, Matthew Ignatius Boyle and Matthew David Clites.
A program of wedding music was provided by Chris Ellis and Amanda Ellis, violinists; Jane Yeager, violist; and Barbara Gates, cellist.
Following the ceremony, a dinner and dance reception was held at Beaufort Grocery in Beaufort.
After a wedding trip to the Caribbean, the couple will reside in Charlotte.
Events held before the wedding included a wedding luncheon April 18 at the Sheraton in Atlantic Beach hosted by family and friends.
A rehearsal dinner and dance was held April 17 at Watermark Restaurant in Atlantic Beach.
