Fields - Narron
PIKEVILLE — Wendy Narron and David Earl Fields of Pikeville exchanged vows in a double-ring ceremony Sept. 28 at 2 p.m. at 2151 Nahunta Road, with the Rev. Glenn Mills officiating.
The bride is the daughter of Clee Alfred and Edith Bailey Ross of Pikeville and the granddaughter of the late Leonard and Oma Deans Ross of Clayton and Rhoda Parnell and the late Clifton Bailey of Pikeville.
The groom is the son of Barbara Seymour and the late Alton Murphy Fields of LaGrange and the grandson of the late Wilbur and Edna Hill Fields of Snow Hill and the late Jasper and Mattie Carter Seymour of Goldsboro.
The bride was escorted and given in marriage by her father.
She wore a full-length silk pale yellow sleeveless dress appliquéd with velvet roses.
Her headpiece was a flowered rhinestone tiara.
The bride carried a hand-tied bouquet of yellow roses, daisy poms, babies breath, monte casino, aster, button palms and lily grass.
Bridesmaids were Ashton Brooke McCullen, Aubrey Dey McCullen and Charley Rose McCullen, daughters.
Jason Warrick was his uncle’s best man and ringbearer.
After a wedding trip to Harker’s Island, the couple reside in Pikeville.
