Wiggs - Hudson
Angela Nicole Hudson of Goldsboro and Charles Matthew Wiggs exchanged vows in a private double-ring ceremony Aug. 30 at 3 p.m. at the home of Richard and Joan Wiggs, with the Rev. John S. Hudson officiating.
The bride is the daughter of Jimmy and Iris Hudson of Seven Springs.
She is a 1998 graduate of Southern Wayne High School and a 2003 graduate of Mount Olive College with Bachelor of Science degree in business. She is employed with purchasing at Anchor Coupling Inc.
The groom is the son of Richard and Joan Wiggs of Goldsboro.
He graduated from Spring Creek High School in 2003. He is employed in microwave communication systems with the Army.
The bride was escorted by her father.
She wore a ivory floral print satin/chiffon burnout halter gown with a beaded empire band and a sweep train.
Jackie Hudson was her sister-in-law’s matron of honor.
Brian Wiggs was his brother’s best man.
Ushers were Jamie Hudson, brother of the bride, and Micah Wiggs, brother of the groom.
Kaytlyn Hudson, Makenzi Hudson and Madison Hudson, nieces of the bride, were flower girls.
Denise Hudson, aunt of the bride, directed the wedding. Presiding at the register was Morgan Hill, niece of the bride.
Following the ceremony, a reception was held at the home of the groom’s parents. Leigh Ann Worley, cousin of the bride, was coordinator.
The couple will take a wedding cruise in November to the western Caribbean. They reside in Augusta, Ga.
