EMERALD ISLE — Chastity Allen of Goldsboro and Garrett Jameson of Goldsboro exchanged vows in a double-ring ceremony May 17 at 5 p.m. at Pebble Beach, with the Rev. Renee Melby officiating.
The bride is the daughter of Richard Wayne Allen of Goldsboro and Brigette Allen of LaGrange and the granddaughter of the late Otis and Pauline Allen of Goldsboro and Anne Sutton and the late Needham Sutton of LaGrange.
She is a 2001 graduate of Eastern Wayne High School. She is employed as a teller manager at Wachovia.
The groom is the son of Marshall Jameson of Seven Springs and Betty Jameson of Goldsboro and the grandson of the late Jack Jameson and the late Willie Geddings of Columbia, S.C., Bernice Jameson of Hazard, Ky., and Maude Geddings of Rome, Ga.
He is a 1997 graduate of Southern Wayne High School. He is employed as an electrical mechanic at Wayne Electric.
The bride was escorted by her uncle, Ernest Allen, and given in marriage by her family.
She wore a white beaded metallic-embroidered satin gown with a beaded chiffon split front overlay with chapel train.
Her headpiece was a rhinestone crystal pearl tiara with a fingertip-length veil.
The bride carried a bouquet of yellow roses and peach and tropical lilies.
Julie Thompson was her niece’s matron of honor, while Kimberley Eisaman, friend of the bride, was maid of honor.
Stephanie Perkins, friend of the couple, was the bridesmaid.
Marshall Jameson was his son’s best man.
Groomsmen were Brock Jameson, brother of the groom, and Kevin Priestly, best friend of groom.
Renee Melby directed the wedding.
Special helpers were Danielle Montague, Lynn Priestly, Kimberley Eisaman and Brenda Allen.
Following the ceremony, a reception was held at Pebble Beach Clubhouse in Emerald Isle.
After a wedding trip to Emerald Isle, the couple reside in Goldsboro.
Events held before the wedding included a bachelor and bachelorette party in April hosted by Brock Jameson and Kim Eisaman and a bridal shower March 29 at Hampton Inn hosted by Anne Sutton, Brigette Allen, Julie Thompson and Betty Jameson.
