Atkinson - Lewis
Lorie Lewis of Dudley and Vincent Atkinson of Dudley exchanged vows in a double-ring ceremony May 18 at 10 a.m. at the Wayne County Courthouse, with Magistrate R. Jones officiating.
The bride is the daughter of Leonard and Arletha Lewis of Fremont.
The groom is the son of Willie and Virginia Atkinson of Goldsboro and the grandson of Robert and Virginia Gerald of Goldsboro.
She wore a cornflower blue knee-length spaghetti strap dress with a detachable train.
The bride carried a bouquet of white roses, miniature blue and white roses, blue daisies and baby’s breath.
Karema Atkinson was matron of honor.
Dekevias Atkinson was best man.
Following the ceremony, a reception was held at Greater Guiding Star Holiness Church.
The couple reside in Dudley.
