Sutton - Reboli
Ashley Ann Reboli and Steven Ryan Sutton exchanged vows in a double-ring ceremony May 17 at 2 p.m. at First Pentecostal Holiness Church, with Pastor Bill Rose officiating.
The bride is the daughter of William Phillip Reboli III and Annie Grantham Reboli of Goldsboro and the granddaughter of William Phillip Reboli Jr., Patricia Reboli and the late Colon and Lucile Grantham of Goldsboro.
She is a 2002 graduate of North Lenoir High School, a 2004 graduate of Wayne Community College and a 2007 graduate of Mount Olive College with a bachelor’s degree in accounting. She is employed as a relationship banker at BB&T.
The groom is the son of Gary and Gayle Sutton of Goldsboro and the grandson of Bailey Head and the late Helen Head of Snow Hill and Malissa Sauls and the late Solly Sauls of Goldsboro.
He is a 2002 graduate of Eastern Wayne High School, a 2005 graduate of Wayne Community College and a 2007 graduate of Mount Olive College with a bachelor’s degree in business management. He is employed as a project coordinator at Sutton’s Paint and Wallpaper.
The bride was escorted by her father and given in marriage by her parents.
She wore an ivory strapless A-line gown with gathered tulle, a sweetheart neckline and asymmetrical beaded champagne corded lace with a chapel-length train.
Her headpiece was a gold and silver tiara adorned with pearls with a fingertip-length veil with a champagne vine motif.
The bride carried a bouquet of a mixture of white baby roses, red Gerber daisies, green fugi, yellow asiatic, blue iris and delphinium.
Myra Boren was matron of honor.
Bridesmaids were Katherine Sutton and Allison Spears of Raleigh and Laura Wetzel, Becky Jacobs and Amie Sasser of Goldsboro.
Gary Sutton was his son’s best man.
Groomsmen were Travis Sutton of Raleigh, Chris Kimbrell, James Jacobs and Travis Carter of Goldsboro and Stuart Johnson of Greenville.
Ushers were Kelly Davis and Randy Strickland of Goldsboro.
Lynette Overman of Goldsboro directed the wedding. Presiding at the register was Crystal Scrufari of Goldsboro. Sara Strickland of Goldsboro distributed programs.
A program of wedding music was provided by Bess Sawyer, pianist, and Paige Barwick, violinist.
Following the ceremony, a reception was held at the church.
After a wedding trip to Nassau, Bahamas, the couple reside in Goldsboro.
Events held before the wedding included a shower May 8 at BB&T hosted by the coworkers of the bride; a shower April 26 at the home of the bride’s aunt hosted by the bride’s aunts; a lingerie shower and bachelorette weekend April 18 through April 20 hosted by the bridesmaids; a shower April 13 at the home of the bride’s grandmother hosted by aunts and the grandmother of the bride; and a shower April 6 at the groom’s church.
A rehearsal dinner was held at the church.
