Tara Denise Young of Goldsboro and Christopher Dale Payne exchanged vows in a double-ring ceremony May 1 at 5:30 p.m. at the Wayne County Courthouse, with the magistrate officiating.
The bride is the daughter of Michael Anthony Hale and Elizabeth Marcel Hale of Goldsboro and Robert Michael Young and Mari Young of Auburn, Mass., and the granddaughter of Martha Mae Tillman of Pikeville.
The groom is the son of David and Marie Payne of Shreveport, La.
