Woodard - Jones
PHOENIX, Ariz. — Rebecca Anne Jones and Joseph Tyler Woodard exchanged vows in a double-ring ceremony April 13 at 6 p.m. at Phoenix First Assembly Prayer Pavilion, with Pastor Brad Baker officiating.
The bride is the daughter of Chuck and Sandy Jones of Phoenix and the granddaughter of the late Donald and Irene Jones and Jack and Fern Hindman of Phoenix.
She graduated from Barry Goldwater High School in Phoenix. She is employed as an assistant escrow officer at Capital Title Agency in Phoenix.
The groom is the son of Joseph William and Sherry Woodard of Phoenix and the grandson of Gladys Woodard and the late Melvin Woodard of Goldsboro and Ronald and Hilda Worley of Princeton.
He attended Rosewood High School. He graduated from Master’s Commission USA in Phoenix. He is employed as a marketing officer at Sam’s Club in Scottsdale, Ariz.
The bride was escorted and given in marriage by her father.
Rachel Rodridguez was her friend’s matron of honor.
Bridesmaids were Liz Pettinger and Linda Hempeck, friends of the bride, and Charly Jones and Courtney Laube, sisters of the bride.
Joseph Woodard was his son’s best man.
Groomsmen were Drew Woodard, brother of the groom; Joey Acala and Ryan Downing, friends of the groom; and Ryan Laube, brother-in-law of the bride.
Jenny Vincent-Moore directed the wedding.
A program of wedding music was provided by Cre Downing, vocalist.
Following the ceremony, the bride’s parents held a reception at Youth Walk at Phoenix First Assembly.
After a wedding trip to Hawaii, the couple reside in Phoenix.
The groom’s parents held a rehearsal dinner at Youth Walk Cafe in Phoenix.
