Panowicz - Anderson
Robin Jeanine Anderson and David Walter Panowicz of Goldsboro exchanged vows in a double-ring ceremony Sept. 16 at 2 p.m. at Saulston United Methodist Church, with the Rev. Rick Ward officiating.
The bride is the daughter of Ronnie Julian Anderson and Adris Perkins Anderson of Goldsboro and the granddaughter of Julian Jackson and Eunice Horne Anderson and Joseph Doyle and Lola Bailey Perkins of Goldsboro.
She is a 2002 graduate of Charles B. Aycock High School and attends Johnston Community College for a medical office administration degree. She is a member of Phi Theta Kappa International Honor Society.
The groom is the son of Walter Vincent Panowicz Jr. and Deborah Ellen Panowicz of Lawrenceville, Ga., and the grandson of Walter Panowicz Sr. and Agnes Panowicz of Baltimore , Md., and the late Murray and Ruth Gustin of Cincinnati, Ohio.
He graduated from Brookwood High School in Georgia in 1998 and Georgia Southern University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics and German. He was a member of Delta Tau Delta Fraternity. He is employed as assistant branch manager at Woodforest National Bank.
The bride was escorted by her father and given in marriage by her parents.
She wore a strapless A-line white gown with beaded lace appliqués and a satin skirt. It had a chapel-length train edged in lace.
She wore a finger-tip length veil with scattered pearl and crystal beads. She also wore a pearl and Swarovski crystal tiara.
The bride carried a bouquet of pink roses and stargazer lilies.
Kim McNally of Wilmington and Noelle Walston of Goldsboro were maids of honor.
Bridesmaids were Deena Wells and Kaille Lowe of Goldsboro.
Jonathan Brooks of Albuquerque, N.M., and Christoper Gaskin of Roswell, Ga., were best men.
Groomsmen were Chase Hall of Roswell and William Barnes of Goldsboro.
Hailey Elise Panowicz, daughter of the couple, was flower girl, escorted by her great-grandfather Jack Anderson.
Pam Ginn directed the wedding. Presiding at the register was Courtney Panowicz, sister of the groom.
A program of wedding music was provided by Camille Frederick, pianist, and Shane Bjorling, vocalist.
Following the ceremony, the bride’s parents and grandparents held a reception at the church.
Events held before the wedding included a bachelorette night Sept. 8 hosted by the bridesmaids and a bridal shower Aug. 20 at the home of the bride hosted by the bride’s paternal grandmother and bridesmaids.
The groom’s parents held a rehearsal dinner Sept. 15 at Saulston United Methodist Church.
