Vaccaro - Hanrahan
WADSWORTH, Ill. — Bridget Maureen Hanrahan and Patrick Robert Vaccaro said their vows Oct. 8 at 3 p.m.
The Rev. Robert T. Lawson and Deacon Dennis Brown officiated at the double-ring ceremony at the Church of St. Patrick.
Parents of the bride are Thomas and Patricia Hanrahan of Lindenhurst, Ill.
Gary and Debbie Vaccaro of Goldsboro are parents of the groom. He is the grandson of Shirley Mossburg of Goldsboro, Robert Sweadner of Cheswick, Pa., and Thomas and Ann Vaccaro of Tarentum, Pa.
Given in marriage by her mother and brother and escorted by her brother, Brian Hanrahan, the bride wore a strapless Italian ivory gown with a chapel train.
For her headpiece, she chose an Irish Celtic knot tiara with a fingertip veil. She carried white calla lilies.
Heather Hanrahan, sister-in-law of the bride, was matron of honor. Susan Kytola, friend of the bride, was maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Erin Hanrahan, cousin of the bride; Marie Hanrahan, sister-in-law of the bride; and Kristin Shumake, Lisa Dieter and Gina Nowokowski, friends of the bride.
Gary Vaccaro, father of the groom, and Shaun Vaccaro, brother of the groom, were best men. Groomsmen were Tim Hanrahan, Brian Hanrahan and Gerald Hanrahan, brothers of the bride; Matt Collin and Jason Solway, friends of the groom; and Terry Balanag and Brian Izen, friends of the couple.
Delaney and Riley Hanrahan, nieces of the bride, were flower girls.
Kristie Raynovich, cousin of the groom, distributed programs.
Justin Edwards, friend of the groom; Judy Baird, aunt of the groom; and Trent Phillips, friend of the bride; were readers.
Luke Raynovich, Marcy Lovic and Malinda Lovic, cousins of the groom; were gift bearers.
A program of wedding music was provided by Gavin Coyle and Diane Triplett, aunt of the groom, vocalists.
After a wedding cruise to the southern Caribbean, the couple is residing in Lindenhurst.
The bride is a graduate of Anitoch High School and National Louis University. She is employed as a banking center manager at Chase Bank.
The groom graduated from Eastern Wayne High School in 1997 and East Carolina University with a degree in economics. He is employed as project manager with Hewitt Associates.
Following the ceremony, a reception was held at Radisson Hotel of Pleasant Prairie, Wisc.
The groom’s parents held a rehearsal dinner Oct. 7 at Boat House Restaurant of Kenosha, Wisc.
On Aug. 28, the bride’s aunt held a personal shower in Chicago, Ill.
The bride’s godmother and maid of honor held a shower Aug. 14 in Chicago.
On Aug. 5, the groom’s grandmother and aunts held a bridal shower in Tarentum.
