Edward Allen Hooker, 89, died Monday at home.
Funeral will be Monday at noon at Howell Funeral Home and Crematory. Interment with military honors will be at Eastern Carolina State Veterans Cemetery.
He was born in Wayne County Oct. 15, 1928, to the late Willie and Lessie Whitfield Hooker. He was married to Dorothy Hollingsworth Hooker.
He is survived by four daughters.
Visitation will be Monday from 11 to 11:45 p.m. at the funeral home.
