MARY ANN PIKE

Mary Ann Pike, longtime resident of Charlotte, N.C., passed away at the age of 72 May 4, 2018, following a respiratory illness.
She was the daughter of the late Hazel and Allen Lee Pike of Goldsboro, N.C.
Mary Ann’s career spanned employment with the Mecklenburg County Department of Education, Charlotte Council on Alcoholism and most recently as director of The Soup Kitchen at Urban Ministries in Charlotte.
Memorials may be made in Mary Ann’s name to Transitions Life Care at 250 Hospice Circle, Raleigh, N.C., 27607.
Mary Ann leaves behind many cousins and friends to cherish her memories.
A memorial service will be held at Thomas Funeral Home located at 401 N. Ennis St., Fuquay Varina, N.C., Thursday, May 24, at 1 p.m.
