Walter G. “Dub” Bible, age 64, Cameron, Wis., passed away peacefully surrounded by his family at Mayo Clinic Luther Campus in Eau Claire, Wis.

Dub was born in Tampa, Fla., Dec. 7, 1953, to the late Grover and Frankie Bible, and he was raised in Greeneville, Tenn.

Feb. 7, 1993, he was married to Deborah Hegna at Goldsboro, N.C., and he later retired from R.N. Rouse Construction in Goldsboro.

Along with being hardworking, he was a loyal and giving friend to all. He impacted the lives of everyone he met.

Dub is survived by his wife, Debbie of 26 years; children, Kemi (BillyJack) Davis and Jill (Jimmy) Fincher of Greenville, Tenn., April Bible (Lee) of Goldsboro, N.C., Brad Bible of Knoxville, Tenn., and Ashley (Mike) Janota of Chetek, Wis.; stepchildren, Kristi (Darryl) Howery of Goldsboro, N.C., Brad Hauck of Cameron, Wis., and Jodi (Scott) Chestnut of Pikeville, N.C.; 14 grandchildren, Abby, Braden, Josh, Justin, Emily, Noah, Luccas, Loralai, Lexee, Michael, Leah, Natalie, Paige and Dominic; great-grandchild, Brayleigh; sisters, Sherry Bible, Kathy Mercer and Cindy Carter all of Greeneville, Tenn., and Peggy (Bob) Hayes of Morristown, Tenn.; along with 10 nieces and nephews; and many other relatives and friends.

Please join us in a celebration of his life Saturday, May 5, at Buck and Beams Bar and Campground in Cameron, Wis., from 1 to 4 p.m.

Arrangements are with Rausch-Lundeen Funeral Homes of Cameron and Dallas.
