Frances Grace Williford Capps, 75, passed away Friday, Feb. 16, 2018, at her home in Pikeville.
She was born April 29, 1942, and was the daughter of the late Billy Bryant and Letha Wiggs Williford. She was the widow of Billy Thomas Capps and was also proceeded in death by a brother, Billy Williford; and three sisters, Molly Holland, Larthy Williams and Louise Toler.
The funeral service will be conducted at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 20, at Casey Funeral Home, with the Rev. Thayer Stamper officiating. The committal service will be at the Wiggs Family Cemetery in Micro.
The family will be receiving friends Tuesday evening beginning at 5:30 p.m. until 7 p.m., prior to the service.
Mrs. Capps is survived by sons, Billy Capps Jr. and wife, Doris, of Asheboro, and Robert Capps and wife, Tracy, of Kenly; daughters, Tammie Harrison of Goldsboro, and Pepper Hill and husband, Jerry, of Wilmington; brother, Jesse V. Williford; sister, Ruth Woodard, of Princeton; grandchildren, Billy Capps III, Tiffany Capps, Cari Cruse, Derek Capps, Eric Capps, Kayla Jones, Grace Capps, Chelsey Capps; and great-grandchildren, Maddie Capps, Farah Cruse, Marley Capps, Holden Capps, Marlo Cruse, Ryder Jones, Harper Capps and Tanner Capps.
