Rachel Faye Grice Autry, 59, Clinton, died Monday at Wayne Memorial Hospital.
Funeral will be 2 p.m. Thursday at Warsaw Baptist Church. Burial will be in Devotional Gardens.
She was born Aug. 4, 1958, in Duplin County to Max A. and Peggy R. Taylor Grice. She was married to Gene Autry of Clinton.
She is survived by a stepdaughter.
Visitation will be an hour prior to the service in the church parlor.
Arrangements are by Community Funeral Home of Warsaw Inc.
