Funeral will be Saturday at 1 p.m. at Piney Grove Free Will Baptist Church of Grifton.
He was born May 24, 1958, in Lenoir County to Helen Pugh and Otha Taylor.
Arrangements are by Loftin Memorial-J.B. Rhodes Funeral Home of Kinston.
