Ruby Best, 71, 707 N. Virginia St., died Wednesday in George Washington Hospital of Washington, D.C.
Funeral will be Saturday at 11 a.m. at Augusta Chapel Missionary Baptist Church. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery.
She was born Sept. 22, 1946, in Wayne County to Arie Daniels Blue,
She is survived by two children.
Visitation will be Friday from 2 to 6 p.m., with the family present 5 to 6, at Haskins Funeral Home. At other times, the family will receive friends at the home, where it will assemble for the funeral procession.
