Ms. Carolyn Jean Buffalo, 70, 603 S. Andrews Ave., Goldsboro, passed Friday morning, Nov. 3, 2017, at Wayne UNC Health Care of Goldsboro, N.C.
The celebration of her life will be held Sunday, Nov. 12, 2017, at 1 p.m. at Goldsboro-Raleigh District Assembly, 214 W. Hooks River Road, Goldsboro, N.C., with elder Howard E. McNair as the eulogist. She will be laid to rest at Wayne Memorial Park, 2925 U.S. 117 South, Dudley, N.C.
There will be a viewing held Saturday, Nov. 11, 2017, 6 to 7 p.m. at New Stoney Hill United Holy Church, 1003 Poplar St., Goldsboro, N.C.
She was born Feb. 6, 1947, in Wayne County, N.C., to Willie and Hilda Lewis Buffalo Sr.
She is survived by one brother, two nephews and four nieces.
Services of compassionate and distinguished class entrusted to J.B. Rhodes Funeral Home and Cremation of Goldsboro.
