Donald W. "Don" Bass, 84, died Tuesday at home.
Funeral will be 3 p.m. Friday at Flat Rock Baptist Church, with the Rev. Gary McNair officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
He was born in Dudley Aug. 27, 1932, to the late Marion B. and Lula L. Peele Bass. He was married to Carolyn J. Bass.
He is survived by a son, a stepson and three stepdaughters.
Visitation will follow burial in the church fellowship building.
Arrangements are by Bright Funeral Home and Cremation Center of Wake Forest.
