Ruth Blue, also known as "Cussie," 88, passed Thursday, June 29, 2017, at Wayne UNC Health Care of Goldsboro, N.C.

There will be a viewing Wednesday, July 5, 2017, from 7 to 8:30 p.m. and Thursday, July 6, 2017, from 11 a.m. to noon at St. Matthews AME Zion Church, 910 N. John St., Goldsboro, N.C.

A celebration of her life will be held Thursday, July 6, at noon also at St. Matthews.

Services of compassion and distinguished class entrusted to J.B. Rhodes Funeral Home and Cremations Inc.
