EDNA ROSE LEWIS

Edna Rose Lewis, 88, Dudley, passed away at her residence Friday morning.
She was the daughter of the late Ernest and Sadie Lewis.
Mrs. Lewis was a charter member of Brogden United Methodist Church, and was a retired secretary from the Wayne County Extension Service.
A graveside service will be held Monday at 10 a.m. at Wayne Memorial Park, with the Rev. Stephanie Foretich officiating.
The family will greet friends Monday following the service.
She is survived by her brother, Jim Lewis and wife, Edna, of Dudley; nieces and nephews, Peggy Wallace and husband, Robert, of Warsaw, Jimmy Lewis of Dudley and Lynn Smith and husband, Jimmy, of Dudley; and a great-niece, Heather Crumpler of Nahunta.
In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be directed to Brogden United Methodist Church, 2918 U.S. 117, Dudley, N.C., 28333.
