Cynthia Barnes O'Neal, 56, died Friday at Kitty Askins Hospice Center of Goldsboro.
Funeral will be Thursday noon Smith-Holloway Memorial Funeral Services LLC, with minister Barbara Holloway as eulogist. Interment Resthaven at Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery.
Visitation will be Wednesday 5 to 6 p.m.
