James Woodrow Rhodes, 95, 306 S. Herman St., died Saturday at Kitty Askins Hospice Center of Goldsboro.
Funeral will be Saturday at 11 a.m. at Greater Guiding Star. Burial will be at Elmwood Cemetery.
He was born April 8, 1920, to Ella Rhodes Moore and Henry Joe Carter.
He is survived by his wife and children.
Visitation will be Friday from 5 to 7 p.m. at J.B. Rhodes Funeral Home and Cremations.
