Anthony Scott Lee, 46, Smithfield died Friday at SECU Hospice House.
Born June 18, 1969, he was the son of Donald Raeford and Polly Davis Lee.
A memorial service will be held at 3:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Selma Original Free Will Baptist Church.
Visitation will be from 2 to 3 p.m. Tuesday at the Selma Original Free Will Baptist Church.
Arrangements are by Casey Funeral Home.
