Kenneth J. Davis, 74, Princeton, died Monday at Kitty Askins Hospice Center.
He was formerly of the Patetown community, and retired from the town of Princeton.
Funeral Thursday at 11 a.m. at Evergreen Memorial Cemetery.
The family will receive friends following the service.
Surviving are his daughters, Leslie Davis and Janette Davis of Goldsboro; brothers, Leslie E. Davis and Dearl Davis (Glenda) of Pikeville, Elmer Ray Davis and Royce Davis (Evangeline) of Goldsboro and Connie W. Davis (Heleene) of Elm City; sister, Linda Davis Smith of Goldsboro; and brother-in-law, Riley Anderson of Goldsboro.
A native of Wayne County, he was preceded in death by his parents, Sadie Maybelle Ferrell Davis and Leslie Dillard Davis; bother, Rudolph Davis; sister, Velda Davis Anderson; and a special nephew, Lason Smith.
