VICTORIA "VIKKI" COOPER-MOORE

Victoria "Vikki" Cooper-Moore, 58, Goldsboro, N.C., passed away May 7, 2015.
The funeral service will be held at Goldsboro Chapel Free Will Baptist Church 11 a.m. Saturday, May 16, 2015, in Goldsboro, N.C. Pastor James E. Collins of Goldsboro Chapel Free Will Baptist Church will be officiating.
Visitation will be held at 10 a.m. at the church.
Burial will follow the funeral at Elmwood Cemetery, U.S. 117.
Funeral arrangements are being handled by J.B. Rhodes Funeral Home and Crematories Inc.
She was born in St. Augustine, Fla., Feb. 18, 1957.
She graduated from Goldsboro High School Class of 1974, and continued on to receive a degree from Wayne Community College.
Vikki worked as a correctional officer for North Carolina Correctional Faculty for 16 years and for Sears for 12 years as a cashier.
She enjoyed cooking for family and friends, crafting, reading and fashion.
She loved directing her girls of Sprit In Motion Praise Dancers.
Vikki is survived by her daughter, Shannon V. Moore; granddaughter, Kijana X. Moore; mother, Annie Ruth Coley-Cooper of Goldsboro, N.C., sisters, Clestine Walker of Goldsboro, N.C., Barbara (Elias) Oxendine of Fort Walton Beach, Fla., Diana (James) Wynder of Hampton, Va., and Catherine Cooper-Grogan of Elkridge, Md.; brother, James "Jimmy" Cooper of Goldsboro, N.C.; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Vikki was preceded in death by her father, William Russell Cooper of St. Augustine, Fla.; sister, Karen R. Cooper-Teachey Goldsboro, N.C.; and grandparents, James H. and Emma L. Cooper of St. Augustine, Fla., and Guffrey and Sarah Coor Coley of Goldsboro, N.C.
