Preston Edward Rose, 76, died Saturday at Rex Healthcare in Raleigh.
Preston was born in Wilson County, January 2, 1939, to the late Preston Ben and Clara Rose Parrish.
The visitation will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Kenly Funeral Service, followed by the funeral at 2 p.m. in the chapel of Kenly Funeral Service.
Preston is survived by his wife of 54 years, Ora Creech Rose and two sons.
