Minister Sylvia Diane "Mae" Smith, 57, 2337 W. Wards Bridge Road, Warsaw, died Saturday at Vidant Medical Center in Greenville.
Funeral will be Saturday at 11 a.m. at Big Zion AME Zion Church in Kenansville, with pastor Patricia S. Peterson officiating. Burial will be in Smith Family Cemetery in Kenansville.
She was born Jan. 17, 1957, in Duplin County to Raeford and Willie Lucille Miller Smith.
Visitation will be Friday from 1 to 7 p.m. in J.B. Rhodes Jr. Memorial Chapel at J.B. Rhodes Funeral Home and Cremations.
