DORIS ANN BRYANT
MOUNT OLIVE -- Doris Ann Bryant of 415 S. Johnson St. died Wednesday at Wayne Memorial Hospital.
Born in Wayne County on March 7, 1934, she was the daughter of the late Sam Bryant Sr. and Anliza Bennett Bryant.
Homegoing service will be held Sunday at 3 p.m. at Northeast FWB Church with Elder Jesse Warren III, officiating. She will be laid to rest in Wayne Memorial Park on Monday at 11 a.m.
Her love and legacy will be cherished by her daughter, Jean (James) Stringfield of Dudley; three granddaughters, Jacquetta Stringfield, Jasonia Stringfield and Jeronda Stringfield; six great-grandchildren; one sister, Virginia Grimes of Rosedale, N.Y., other relatives and friends.
Viewing was held Saturday at Garris Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends at 465 Stanley Chapel Church Rd., Dudley.
