WARSAW -- Stephen Dale Chestnutt, 50, died Thursday at Vidant Duplin Hospital.
Funeral will be 3 p.m. Saturday at Magnolia Baptist Church. Burial will be in Chestnutt Cemetery in Warsaw.
He was born Jan. 29, 1964, in Duplin County to the late John Earl Chestnutt and Myrtle Rogers Chestnutt. He was married to Stephanie D. Chestnutt.
He is survived by three sons and a daughter.
Visitation will be 2 p.m. Saturday at Magnolia Baptist Church.
Arrangements are by Community Funeral Home of Warsaw Inc.
