ROSE HILL -- Samuel Thomas Boone Sr., 91, died Thursday at Sampson Regional Medical Center.
Visitation will be 2 p.m. Sunday at Cornith Baptist Church, followed by a funeral at 3 p.m. at the church. Graveside service will be in Rockfish Memorial Gardens in Wallace.
He was born Dec. 18, 1921, in Sampson County to the late William Henry Boone and Fannie Lou Wiggins Boone. He was married to Mildred C. Raynor Boone.
He is survived by two sons and two daughters.
Arrangements are by Community Funeral Home in Rose Hill.
