ROSEWOOD -- Belinda Kay Snipes Bowers, Rosewood, employed by the Brian Center in Goldsboro, passed peacefully at Vidant Medical Center in Greenville Oct. 3.
Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. Sunday at Howell Funeral Home and Crematory chapel in Goldsboro, with visitation following.
