KENLY -- John "Johnny" Oscar Mitchell, 61, Old Beulah Road, died Monday at Wake Medical Center in Raleigh.
Funeral will be noon Thursday at Casey Funeral Home chapel, with the Rev. Dennis Pollock officiating.
He was the son of the late John Leavy and Thelma Aycock Mitchell.
He is survived by a son and two daughters.
Visitation will be 11 a.m. Thursday at Casey Funeral Home.
