NEWTON GROVE -- Luby A. Jackson Jr., 70, died Sunday, May 26, 2013.
Funeral service will be Thursday, May 30, at 6 p.m., with the Rev. C.H. Lee and the Rev. Brett Cody officiating.
A graveside service will be held Friday, May 31, at 10 a.m. at Unity Presbyterian Church Cemetery, 11551 N.C. 30 South in Newton Grove.
He is survived by his wife, Edna P. Jackson; daughter and son-in-law, Rhonda and Gene West of Newton Grove; son and daughter-in-law, William and Jerrie Jackson of Whiteville; grandchildren, Matthew and Rachel West of Newton Grove and Lorna, Wesley and Taylor Jackson of Whiteville; and sister and brother-in-law, Louise and Mack Preddy of Clinton.
The family will receive friends immediately following the funeral service at the church.
