VIRGINIA PRICE WEEKS

Virginia Price Weeks, 69, passed away Sunday evening at Kitty Askins Hospice Center.
Born in Portsmouth, Va., she was the daughter of the late Ashley W. and Esther Keel Price, and sister of the late Billy Price.
She was a former LPN with Sunbridge of Mount Olive.
A service to celebrate her life will be held Wednesday evening at 6 p.m. at Shumate-Faulk Funeral Home chapel, with the Rev. Jim Willoughby officiating. A graveside service will be held Thursday at 2 p.m. at Pineview Cemetery.
Family members will greet friends Wednesday following the funeral service at the funeral home and at other times at the home of the son, Walter Ashley Weeks, 101 Joey Circle, Smithfield.
Mrs. Weeks is survived by her husband of 46 years, Edwin R. Weeks; a son, Walter Ashley Weeks and wife, Julia, of Smithfield; a daughter, Tanya Weeks of Greenville; and three grandchildren, Walter Weeks Jr., Harvey Pearce and Kaitlyn Weeks.
