The Rev. Vertie "Nancy" Moore Crawford, 86, of 1601 Cuyler Best Road, died Nov. 21 at her residence.
She was born in Greene County, Nov. 3, 1926, to the late Anna Whitley Moore and Herman Moore.
Funeral will be 11 a.m. Wednesday at the Saint Delight United Holy Church, in the Parkstown Community, 976 LaGrange Road, LaGrange. Elder Devin Pickett will officiate.
Burial will follow in the Old Mill Cemetery, 1449 Central Heights Road, Goldsboro.
Visitation also will be 2-5 p.m. Tuesday at McIntyre Funeral Home, 900 S. George St., with the family present from 4 to 5 p.m. At other times, they will be at 618 Slaughter St., and will assemble there prior to the funeral, at 9:30 a.m. for the funeral procession.
