NANCY LYNN GROVES NAUGHTON

Nancy Lynn Groves Naughton passed away of complications from diabetes July 6, 2012, at Kitty Askins Hospice Center in Goldsboro.
Nancy is survived by her two children, Tyler Naughton and Nicole Naughton of Buxton.
Nancy was born in Springfield, Mass., to June Koehler Groves and George Groves.
She has two loving brothers, Craig Groves of Alfred, Maine, and Thomas Groves of Wells, Maine.
Nancy attended Wilbraham, Mass., schools before moving to Maryland, where she graduated from Severna Park High School.
Nancy worked for McCrone Engineering Co. in Annapolis, Md., and the Naval Academy athletic department at Annapolis, Md., before her children were born.
The last years of her life were spent on the outer banks of North Carolina and Goldsboro.
She will be sorely missed by her family and those who really knew her as a kind, beautiful and loving woman.
Nancy was 45 years of age when she died.
