IVANHOE -- David Joel Justice, 66, died Wednesday at the home of his sister in Dudley.
No formal services will be held.
He was the son of the late John and Bessie Justice. He was married to Gail Justice.
He is survived by two children.
Shumate-Faulk Funeral Home and Crematory of Goldsboro is serving the family.
