NEWPORT NEWS, Va. -- Hazel "Betty" Jackson Capps, 93, died Friday.
Funeral will be 2 p.m. Wednesday at W.J. Smith and Son Funeral Home. Burial will be at Peninsula Memorial Park.
She was born in Kenly Oct. 27, 1918, the daughter of the late Albert Jackson and Betty Spivey. She was married to the late Howard Nelson Capps.
She is survived by a son.
Visitation will be tonight from 7 to 8 at the funeral home.
Minshew-Coley Funeral Home is serving the family.
