Mildred Shirley Wiggins Turner, 77, of Goldsboro died Monday at Kitty Askins Hospice Center.
She was the daughter of the late Gurney and Mildred Adams Wiggins.
She is survived by two grandchildren, Tim Royan of Huntington Beach, Calif., and Brian Barazza of New York, N.Y., and four special cousins, Rose Lancaster and husband, Selby of Patetown, Bobbie Yelverton and husband, Richard of Patetown, Lorry Mandeville and husband, Pete of Lucama, and Betty Vinson of Gastonia.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Turner, and two daughters, Terry T. Barraza and Elena T. Royan.
Graveside services will be held Saturday at 10 a.m. at Evergreen Memorial Cemetery with the Rev. Marvin Wiggins officiating. The family will receive friends immediately after the service.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Kitty Askins Hospice Center, 107 Handley Park Court, Goldsboro, N.C, 27534.
