Enrique Gutierrez-Garcia, 21, died Saturday at Pitt County Memorial Hospital in Greenville.
Funeral will be 5 p.m. today from the chapel of Howell Funeral Home in Goldsboro. Burial will be in Mexico.
He was the son of Jose and Elva Garcia Gutierrez.
He is survived by a daughter.
Visitation will follow the service.
