HOPE MILLS -- Rosetta Whiteside, 5627 Walkingtrail Way, died Saturday at Cape Fear Valley Hospital in Fayetteville.
Funeral will be held Saturday at 2 p.m. at St. Luke United Holy Church in Rose Hill, with the Rev. Anthony Flow officiating. Burial will be in Carver Cemetery.
She was born in Duplin County Feb. 8, 1941, to the late Harrison and Mamie McBride.
Five children survive.
Visitation will be Friday from 3 to 6 p.m. at Garris Funeral Home chapel.
The family will receive friends at 265 Wellstown Road in Rose Hill.
