FREMONT -- James "Jim" Franklin Jennette, 70, died Tuesday at his home.
Funeral services will be held Saturday at 7 p.m. from the chapel of Howell Funeral Home & Crematory in Goldsboro. Graveside services will be held Sunday at 11 a.m. at Wayne Memorial Park.
Mr. Jennette was born in Wayne County June 24, 1939, to the late Edgar Morris Jennette and Lula Weaver Jennette.
He is survived by his wife, Margaret A. Jennette, and two daughters.
The family will receive friends following the service Saturday evening at Howell Funeral Home & Crematory and other times at the home of his daughter and son-in-law, Diane and Doug Jones, 111 S. Mill St. in Pikeville.
